We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Team Member to join our innovative and customer-focused team. As an integral member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and generating leads for our high-quality aluminum boats. If you possess exceptional skills in content creation, social media management, website design, video editing, SEO optimization, and utilizing cutting-edge AI tools, as well as experience in Bill of Materials management, pricing, and proposals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media channels. Craft captivating stories, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience and promote our aluminum boats and related services.

2. Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement. Monitor social media analytics and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

3. Website Design: Collaborate with the marketing team and web developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that showcase our products and services effectively.

4. Video Editing: Produce high-quality videos that showcase the features and benefits of our aluminum boats. Edit and enhance video content to deliver impactful and shareable visual experiences.

5. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the company's online presence, increase organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings for relevant keywords.

6. AI and Chat GPT Utilization: Leverage the power of AI tools, such as Chat GPT and other AI-driven solutions, to enhance customer interactions, personalize marketing efforts, and optimize overall performance.

7. Bill of Materials Management: Assist in managing the Bill of Materials for our aluminum boats, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support efficient production and inventory management.

8. Pricing and Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive pricing strategies for our products. Prepare compelling and professional proposals that address customer needs and requirements effectively.

9. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the marine industry and identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our marketing strategies.

10. Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for our company and passionately communicate the unique value propositions of our aluminum boats to potential customers and partners.

11. Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and nurture them through the sales funnel, ultimately converting them into satisfied clients.

12. Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics. Use data insights to optimize future marketing efforts continually.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, website design, and video editing.

- Experience in Bill of Materials management, pricing, and preparing proposals for products or services.

- Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more, to drive engagement and generate leads.

- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.

- Familiarity with AI-driven tools, particularly Chat GPT and similar technologies.

- Passion for the marine industry, particularly aluminum boats, and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and preferences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and create innovative marketing campaigns.

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,938.87 - $65,000.00 per year
