pmf holdings group is looking for sellected individuals to join our team in North Miami, FL!

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to our merchants

• make phone calls and take messages
• emailing approved terms sheets
• Answer merchant questions and issues
• Maintain a clean workspace at all times
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow procedures and guidelines
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $153,467.00 - $178,291.00 per year
