Full description of the position

Purpose: Support Branch operations by building relationships with existing and new customers, by accurately providing all needed material in a timely fashion, with a positive attitude towards customers and coworkers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Take Will Call orders over the counter and phone

· Qualify walk in customers for sales follow up by Branch Manager

· Build customer relationships for repeat business opportunities

· Increase customer service levels

· Quote orders and follow up with customers (ask for the business)

· Merchandise front counter area

· Ensure cycle counts are completed in a timely manner

· Cash reconciliation’s and credit card batch reports

Skills and Specifications:

  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficient level computer skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Education and Qualifications:

· HS diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
