Banana Republi Factory Outlet is a locally owned and operated business. We are looking for a full time Lead Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and have a passion for helping others. We provide all the training and tools necessary to lead, but we want you to use your creativity to help others in our community. This position requires a person who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is able to take initiative. The goal will be to build relationships with customers and help them find the product that will help them feel better. We offer a generous commission plan that pays more than the average wage in our community. This position is also eligible for a wellness program, which will be paid for by the employer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·Assist with scheduling appointments with customers and follow up with customers who did not make an appointment or did not respond to the call-out email.
·Assist with answering customer inquiries and provide product information as needed.
·Maintain product inventory and order fulfillment.
·Maintain visual presentation of product offerings and inventory levels.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
