Crestwood Management Group, a rapidly growing real estate property management company based in Bridgeport, is hiring an Associate Property Manager. This fast-paced role requires organization, problem solving and a roll-your-sleeves-up approach to property management. This new hire will have the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lease vacant units to new tenants, including: posting listings, showing units and signing new leases
• Prepare, distribute, and sign lease renewals with current tenants
• Field incoming phone calls and emails from current tenants – answer questions and solve tenant problems
• Maintain tenant ledgers, follow up with delinquent tenants
• Maintain all tenant and vendor files in the office
• Request and manage all vendor and tenant insurance certificates
• Perform light administrative office duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management
• Highly proficient in Windows and Office suite
• Comfortable with mobile technology
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• This role requires either a real estate license, or someone willing to obtain their real estate license shortly after joining

Compensation is based on experience and performance, with a base salary, discretionary bonus and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
