Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Insurance Licensed Sales Professional who is willing to do whatever it takes to care for the needs of our clients while building strong, and gaining new, relationships in the community.

We want a highly motivated and engaging team member interested in beginning a new career. No Experience Required, however it would be helpful. We will train you to be successful. This sales position offers a competitive hourly rate plus supplemental pay opportunities. We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new business production goals and objectives
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Maintain knowledge of products and regulations
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships
• Answer current and prospective client's questions
• Assist customers with billing and various policy change transactions
• Problem-solve
• Effectively multi-task and prioritize work
• Advise and educate customers for their best interests

Requirements/Qualifications

• After hire, employees will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License and meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in a timely manner
• Strong typing and PC proficiency
• Adaptable and Flexible
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month

Experience:

• Sales (Preferred)
• Customer Service (Preferred)

• Weekends as needed
