You’ll bring:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Prior customer service experience is encouraged
• Valid Driver's License and not be afraid of heights (You will need to be able to get on a residential roof)
• Access to vehicle able to carry ladders is preferred
• The ability to meet new people with confidence. You will close leads provided and knock doors in in this position.

What you do:

• Work with the homeowner to educate and assist them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
