Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Gross Motors of Neillsville - Neillsville, WI

We are an auto dealer located in Neillsville that also has a highly successful Verizon Wireless store at the dealership. We have been in the Cell Phone business now for nearly 30-years. Our Verizon manager has been with us that entire time period. However, our cell phone sales representative that works alongside our manager is retiring. As a result, we are actively seeking to hire a Verizon Phone Sales Representative to work alongside our Verizon manager and replace our retiring employee. This position will require you to assist customers with purchasing new cell phones, cell plans, and other related equipment. We are looking for an individual that has some technical capabilities in order to assist customers with cell phone issues. Also, we are looking for someone that is customer oriented and able to provide a friendly customer service experience for our customers. The schedule will be from 8:30 - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday as well as every other Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. This is an hourly paid position that will also include bonuses and commission pay as well!

Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Computer skills
• Proven Communication skills
• Must be able to type
• Experience in sales or retail sales is a plus
• Customer Service Experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable on the phone
• Must be self driven and able to multi-task

Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with cell phone plan purchases
• Assist customers with cell phone purchases
• Assist customers with cell phone related item puchases
• Assist customers with cell phone related issues
• Help create sales traffic with consistent processes and follow up of our customer base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
