TWC utilizes the most up-to-date techniques in the industry for both new construction and remedial projects. We look forward to helping you with all your waterproofing and masonry restoration needs. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, hard-working and dependable individual to join our team in Ashland.

Responsibilities include: ·

Maintaining the company bid list and calendar

Compiling and updating the company bid folders through GC’s ftp sites

Coordinating RFQs for prequalification of projects we plan bid

Working with bank, bonding and estimator to submit Filed Sub Bids (FSBs) either electronically or by delivery

Printing bid documents, plans, specs and bid forms

Handling delivery of bids and RFQ · Attending job walkthroughs

Compiling and delivering job product, safety and LEED submittals

Completing annual renewal of DCAMM certifications (Sub and General Contractor) · Completing annual General Contractor pre-qualifications

Utilizing AutoCAD. Create roofing architectural engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Associates degree and 2-4 years of experience as a CAD Drafter in a related field

Familiarity with a variety of standard CAD Design/Drafting concepts, practices, and procedures

CAD Drafting experience in the construction or commercial waterproofing industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
