Roofing Sales Specialist

Magazine): Encōr’s sister company: [please apply online] one of the nation’s fastest growing roofing and home improvement companies, we are looking for a dynamic Roofing Sales Specialist to join our elite sales team.

A Roofing Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring new residential customers. A Roofing Sales Specialist’s job is to provide customers with solutions for a basic human need–shelter. All homes will eventually need a roof replacement as mother nature takes its toll. Encōr offers quality products with industry leading warranties to keep your loved ones safe and sound from the elements. We value strong communicators for this role who have a track record in closing sales with high conversion percentages. We will provide the necessary training and tools to ensure a successful growth path.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Create 6-7 self-generated leads each week.

• Attend 2-3 weekly sales training meetings.

• Attend company-wide webinars focused on personal development and peak performance.

• Represent Encōr Home professionally by becoming an expert in roofing and home improvement and by delivering excellent customer service.

• Qualify and close homeowners that meet the appropriate criteria.

• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must be able to meet with clients at times that work best with their schedules. Accommodating evening and Saturday appointments will be required.

Expectations and Critical Skill Sets

• Self-motivated, competitive, problem solver, and competent in overcoming objections.

• Proven track record of field sales experience.

• Must be outcome-oriented. Previous sales work experience of hitting or exceeding targets and examples of providing excellent customer service will be key indicators of success.

• 80% local travel. Operate outside of an office environment but within your assigned sales area.

• Strong communicator with excellent language skills. Able to write/type routine correspondence, understand, and interpret documents.

• Able to handle professional conversations with customers, vendors, and others.

On-Target Earnings - $125,000 to $250,000+

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 3 years of B2C sales experience.
