ATD Roofing is a commercial and residential roofing, siding, and gutter provider serving multiple cities across the Southeast (South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia). ATD’s business is composed of retail replacements and repairs, new construction, and storm restoration.

We are looking for honest, enthusiastic, results-driven, and SELF- MOTIVATED professionals who have a desire to upstart their career, assist and educate homeowners, and help to develop a rapidly expanding business. You will be an integral part of our team and will receive all the training and support you could possibly need to be successful. ATD Roofing is providing a long-term opportunity for polished sales professionals. We provide pre-set scheduled appointments, state of the art storm tracking, and work in progress software to help our sales pros be more successful.

What we look for in a salesperson:

• A clean-cut presentable appearance, with strong face to face social/people skills.
• Ability to climb a ladder & walk on roofs with adequate training.
• Previous sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades industries is a plus. *Several of our top performers did not have sales experience prior to working at ATD.
• Self-motivated, independent, well organized, with above average time management skills.
• A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally from time to time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, insurance adjusters and vendors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Happy working in outdoor environments.

What kind of money can I make?

Our salespeople make top wages in line with the highest grossing salespeople in any industry. Incomes in excess of $100,000 are common. We have compliance and operations teams supporting you to help you make more money and speed up the learning process. If you’re good, we want you selling.
