Full description of the position
Are you an experienced Federal sales consultant ready to provide data, voice and video solutions? You can do that. Do you want to work with the Spectrum Enterprise Federal Sales team providing account management? As a Federal Account Success Consultant at Spectrum Enterprise, you can do that.

You proactively identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to increase business while enhancing the Federal client experience. You partner with clients and build relationships that foster trust and long-term retention. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Respond to inbound calls and marketing leads, manage sales and service requirements and engage boundary partners to resolve issues.
- Develop and foster valued based relationships with Federal Government Clients by providing active and consistent sales and support efforts.
- Grow key Federal Government relationships and maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell by consulting products and services.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and the evaluation of internal processes and tools.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Two years of experience supporting Federal clients; Experience selling data, voice or video solutions in the B2B industry; Proven record of sales success with references.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Skills: Organizational, prioritization, presentation and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Able to obtain and hold security clearances; Competitive and driven to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals and stay motivated while working within company policies and Federal regulations; Ability to listen to individuals on the phone while navigating multiple screens and entering information.
- Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time. Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
