Full description of the position

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Taking and finalizing customer orders in person and via collaboration tools (phone, email, sms, website, etc.)
• Work with Branch Manager to ensure customer needs are satisfied
• Process returns and inspect returned merchandise
• Be polite, courteous and efficient with all customer orders
• Occasionally operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Help load customer vehicles. Man will call desk as needed
• Clean and face products in store area. Rearrange displays and stock as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of a high school or equivalent level of formal education. Five years of experience with excellence in customer service in the service industry. Experience in HVAC industry is desirable. Knowledge of HVAC systems is helpful but not required. Must have computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Knowledge and experience in Epicor (P21) or similar distribution ERPs desirable. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills including phone, text, and e-mail. Must have strong problem-solving, negotiating, and analytical skills with attention to a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and work independently and keep essential information confidential. Excellent organizational skills in driving customer service excellence. Result-driven and customer-focused. This job is not Hybrid eligible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
