Responsibilities:

- Help families and prospective residents see the value in senior living to move-in. - Build strong relationships with referral partners to grow organic referrals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales
targets - Host creative events that will draw interest and encourage outside attendance from the
surrounding community
- Collaborate with team leaders to foster a level trust and positive teamwork
- Utilize performance marketing and analytics tools to track and analyze sales data,
identify trends, and optimize sales performance
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about local competitors
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales conversions
- Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices in sales techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior living sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and analyze sales data
- Strong research skills to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
