Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine is growing again. Due to 45% year over year growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join and support our team. The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for selling new/used vehicles at dealership standards for gross profit, volume and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, energetic professional with proven leadership, management, and employee development skills. All of our current Assistant Sales Managers have been prior Sales Managers and/or General Sales Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-Creating and maintaining a successful sales team that follows your example of enthusiasm and accountability. You must be organized and be a STRONG LEADER. You must have quality customer service skills and be able to close sales by overcoming objections and communicating effectively. You must be able to use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool to generate sales and confirm customer satisfaction.
