Our company is looking for an Assistant Business Development Associate to join our team . at an entry level position with growth potential. The Assistant Business Development Associate will be guided by our Business Development Team in planning and delivering profitable growth. The Assistant Business Development Associate will help identify, cultivate, and assist in onboarding new clients in select geographical regions. He or she will help with: client needs assessment, onboarding, including account service and maintenance as directed.

Essential Duties and Skills

  • Must be Self Motivated
  • Willing to make cold calls
  • Must be able to strategically assess potential clients
  • Utilizes CRM database representing all markets and segments within assigned territory(s).

Duties with direction from the Business Development Management·

  • Contact prospective clients based on management directives which include strategic fit, expected profitability, and expected closing.
  • Communicates and works with Business Development team to optimize call strategies, workplans, and timeline.
  • Conveys Luxor’s capabilities and qualities clearly, energetically, and authoritatively to prospective clients and others as appropriate.
  • Develop communication and relationships with potential clients and help identify needs and find opportunities to provide solutions.
  • As a liaison, set up appointments between the prospective clients and the Luxor Business Development team.
  • Records appointments in Luxor’s electronic calendar in order to coordinate work across the business.
  • Updates management regularly, clearly, and thoroughly as to progress and future work plans using Luxor’s standard format.
  • Participates in meetings with prospective clients and Luxor team members.
  • Attends team meetings and training.
  • Maintains regular and predictable work schedule. Checks and responds to phone messages and email regularly, and completes requests for missing Information urgently.
