L.A. Fitness is looking to place a Highly motivated, experienced and career minded Personal Training Director in our Palm Beach Gardens Donald Ross location. You must have previous experience as a Personal Training Manager/Director in the fitness industry.

You will be in charge of selling/servicing new and current personal training packages to build your training business. If you are passionate about fitness and want to help people, this will be a great opportunity for you.

*Starting pay $1500/month + Commission + Bonus

Commission=5% of every package sold

Bonus=$1000 if you achieve 30,000 (12) in sales. Extra $125 for every 2,500 you achieve in sales.

Example 30k (12) sold in 1 month= $1500 (Base) + $1000 (bonus) + $1500 (commission)

*2 additional club bonuses apply based on club goal and staff

Job Type: Full-time

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Personal training: 2 years (Required)
• Management: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer (Preferred)
