Parts Coordinator / Parts Counter Salesperson

Woods Machinery is seeking a Parts Coordinator / Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at our Bobcat of Hainesport (Hainesport, NJ) location to support our customer base in New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator/Parts Counter Salesperson. As a Parts Coordinator/Parts Counter Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory and supply chain of parts within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right parts are available at the right time, enabling smooth operations and minimizing downtime.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process parts orders for technicians;
• Assist walk in customers with parts orders;
• Answer incoming parts related calls;
• Maintain replenishment stock for service trucks;
• Safe unloading and detailed receiving of incoming shipments;
• Process claims for damaged product and follow up on back orders;
• Put away incoming stock orders;
• Prepare outgoing shipments and post freight;
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department;
• Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory audits;
• Professionally communicate with customers, co-workers, and managers; and
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in construction equipment or automotive parts sales preferred with the ability to learn the industry – this is a non-management position
• Strong customer service and salesperson skills
• Computer skills required
• Multi-task capabilities
• Attention to detail, organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Pass background and drug screening

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
