We are looking for a Cereal Sales Rep! (AKA Cereal Connoisseur)

Location: Bay Area preferred but can be remote if qualifications allow. Camp out with us in our Sausalito, CA HQ with regular “all hands” meetings in person.

Job Description: Are you a CPG expert with a knack for sales? Then we've got the perfect gig for you! We're on the hunt for a highly motivated, results-driven sales rep to join our team at Cereal Number. You'll be responsible for expanding (or more accurately, establishing) our cereal empire by building relationships with coffee shops, premium grocery stores, airports, boutique hotels and other new sales channels across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our company and cereals, serving as a brand ambassador out in the field.

• Generate leads and build relationships with independent coffee shops and premium grocery stores in the Bay Area and across the United States.

• Identify and capitalize on new sales channel opportunities, including airports and boutique hotels

• Establish and manage distributors for each region of the country as needed to complement direct efforts.

• Set and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide corresponding reports

• Travel to attend industry trade shows and meetings at store headquarters and distributor locations as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of sales success in the food and beverage industry or a comparable industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Bonus points if you're a cereal enthusiast/connoisseur

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission with potential for growth This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sausalito, CA 94965: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
