Based in Oxford and with offices in Canada and the US, Oxa is an international startup founded in 2014 and scaling up rapidly (300+ Oxbots and growing).

Your Team


You will join our Commercial team, which drives the commercialisation of Oxa technology from early-phase market research to successful delivery of commercially-viable partnerships.

Your Role

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to position Oxa commercially as a leading AV software company in region
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans to develop a commercial function in the Region. ( business development, sales, key account management, partnership management etc)
  • Execute business plans creating a pipeline of high value, near term repeatable revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams including Product Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success in delivering regional objectives.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics ensuring these are achieved
  • Utilise fully the Opportunity Management Framework process.
  • Collaborate with leadership around the world to ensure regional alignment, collaboration to enter new markets, and career paths for team members across segments.
  • Maintain CRM and other reporting tools as required
  • Future proof business by liaising with leadership on future commercial structures and planning.

Requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience especially with high-growth sales teams.
  • Experience building and managing sales programs including messaging, metrics, methodology, and tools.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in sales and managing sales forecast.
  • Ability to deliver sales in a nascent market where the product remains in development is essential
  • Experience in a high-growth company.
  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
  • Experience growing an Annual Recurring Revenue software business
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
  • Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.
