Seeking new and experienced real estate agents for this commission only position to join our brokerage.

Qualifications:

· Active CA DRE real estate salesperson or broker license.

· Motivated person with excellent communication skills who loves working with people.

Compensation:

Real estate agents are independent contractors, not provided a salary or hourly wage. This offers unlimited income potential. A California Department of Real Estate license is required before you can join our team.

· Flexible schedule, working full or part time.

· Training for a successful commercial/residential real estate career.

Responsibilities:

· Prospect and lead generation through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses (once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted) and more.

· Represent buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions

· Build client relationships

· Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues and coordinate with third party entities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
