Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the sales process, including qualifying, and positioning of medical products and services.
- Contact existing customers to evaluate their current and future needs.
- Execute sales strategy entering the higher education medical marketplace.
- Develop high impact collaborations with stakeholders from Client Success, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing, and others to help define and execute a sales strategy for under-penetrated markets.
- Drive new business generation and up-selling of existing medical professionals by delighting clients with compelling solutions mapped to their equipment needs.
- Own key account relationships directly where necessary.
- Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a revenue forecast as well as progress against agreed performance metrics for your teams.
- Combine data-driven influencing and decision-making with a people-first approach to building a high performance culture for your teams and business.
- Adhere to sales business rules, practices and policies.
Who You Are
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience – Prior sales and customer service interaction, exposure to medical terminology and equipment.
- 2+ years of Sales experience preferred
- WILLINGNESS TO LEARN. What you don't know about medical equipment, we can teach you.
- Experience managing complex global accounts (esp. within enterprise-level employers)
- Knowledge of medical equipment or a background in medical practice is a plus.
- Relationship development skills – personable and comfortable making phone calls to customers and potential customers.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Avobus salary range for this position of Sales. Actual pay will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and commissions based on performance. The range listed is just one component of Avobus' total compensation package for sales employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and an enjoyable workplace environment.
