We are MicroReplay, located in the Greater Boston area, with more than two decades of experience. Our knowledgeable staff assists thousands of school districts with support and repairs of Lenovo, Dell, HP, and Apple products.
Our goal is to give you an uncomplicated and cost-effective repair process that puts your device back in action. We are looking for a nimble and flexible Sales Support Specialist individual to help us scale our business. This role is a great opportunity to gain sales operations experience and exposure while giving you ample opportunities for personal and career growth in direct sales or sales support.
We are looking for a committed, resourceful, and creative individual who wants an opportunity to apply these skills to make a tangible impact on our sales and overall organization. This role will require someone to work from the Burlington / Billerica office.
This position plays a vital role in supporting various sales-related activities. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Support sales and marketing interactions with brokers, customers, distributors
Enter sales leads, call summaries, and surveys into our CRM database.
Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, sales activities, and
communication history.
Manage calendars and assist in scheduling appointments/meetings.
Support sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
Assist in maintenance of sales materials, including presentations, and packing/shipping of
marketing supplies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries on products.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and market research to identify
trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Contribute to process improvement and recommend enhancements to streamline sales
operations and improve customer experience.
Skills Required:
CRM proficient, Microsoft Office proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexible, and at ease in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail oriented, and self-motivated
A positive, team first attitude
Compensation and Benefits:
Base compensation commensurate with experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
