Candidates for our dedicated specification sales team will:

• Be experienced in engaging architects, interior designers, facility personnel, and kitchen and bath specialists to drive demand creation for product applications across commercial and residential market segments.
• Have experience with, or an aptitude for, generating product specifications for a branded portfolio of products for application in commercial and residential projects.
• Have demonstrated an ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Relish the opportunity to be part of a team environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess a college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Have an aptitude for learning and utilizing new technologies.
