Looking for a full time + part time property manager to join our team. Part time is 2-3 days/week or M-F half days. Flexible. Must be licensed real estate agent or property manager. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.

Jaidyn & Robert purchased Rimrock Property Management in 2021. Together they have a dream of creating a quality and top-notch property management company. Jaidyn is a licensed Real Estate Broker, owner of Treasure Realty Group. She wanted to expand into property management and RPM was available. Robert owned a Handyman & Contracting Services business and could contribute to the maintenance side of property management. Together they thought it’d be a great fit and turns out it has been.

Jaidyn graduated from MSU Bozeman in 2017 with a Business Finance degree. After school, she immediately started in the field of Real Estate and entrepreneurship. Robert is a Sgt. in the Montana Army National Guard.

As a Property Manager, you play a direct role in regards to our owners and renters.

Requirements:

• Commitment to continuous improvement and improvement in all areas including learning, performance, and disposition.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with community staff, owners, and managers.
• Responsibilities:
• Showings
• Review property files of new tenants to ensure compliance
• Ensure that mechanical, electrical, and other building files are complete and accurate.
• Provide assistance as needed during physical inspection of properties.
• Review rental contracts for accuracy of contract terms and price considerations.
• Financial review of property accounts including bank reconciliations and annual property reports.
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and disputes.
• Assist in purchasing of equipment, supplies, and furniture for buildings which require such transactions on a daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
