Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Assisting customers with any issues and concerns they might have relating to their overall experience with Metro By T-Mobile
• Right fitting our customers into the right handset and plan for them
• Have an outgoing attitude and be willing to learn the ins and outs of Metro By T-Mobile and the services we provide
• Be self-motivated and up-sell products and accessories to customers as this will earn you commissions
• Keep a clean environment and workplace
• Show up in a timely manner to work
• Overall represent the brand to your best ability and provide a customer retaining service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $16.48 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kansas City, KS 66102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
