Grieco Automotive Group is hiring for two Business Development Representatives!

The BDR must be a technically savvy individual who understands today's technologies and who can communicate in a clear and effective way with customers. The representatives will be using internet/email, mobile/smart phones, tablets, etc. in order to schedule appointments and demonstrate product features while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

The ideal candidate has previous Business Development experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and a strong sales aptitude.
We are looking for candidates who have phone skills to schedule appointments! You must have experience in Customer interaction and a pleasant phone demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Following up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
• Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
• Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales.
• Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments
• Knowledgeable to call center environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Excellent computer skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
