About us

**This is a 100% commission position**

The Advisory Realty Group of Minnesota strives to be the full service real estate team for buyers and sellers. We pride ourselves on our personal service and extensive knowledge of the greater Minneapolis marketplace.

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent to serve as a point of reference for prospective buyers and sellers looking to make transitions. You will assist buyers and sellers in their respective real estate journeys. The goal is to forward and secure a mutually satisfactory agreements. This is an independent contractor 1099 position.

Responsibilities

  • Show properties to prospective buyers
  • Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
  • Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
  • Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
  • Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
  • Provide market analysis to buyers and sellers to assist in their real estate transactions
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
  • Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
  • Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
  • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices

Skills

  • Proven track record of sales
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Valid Minnesota Real Estate License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Required)
