Customer Engagement Associate

KanD Beagles (Whitewright, Tx) raise Healthy, High-Quality Beagles, with love and care for show and family homes. We are looking for the best individual to be a member of our team.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Outstanding verbal and written communications
• Represents self professionally
• Pass background check

Responsibilities;

• Direct engagement with families over In Person, Phone, Email, Text, Social Media, Video
• Build strong and healthy relationships with families.
• Schedule visits, virtual tours, pickups…
• Align family needs with best Beagle
• Ensure Outstanding Customer Experience
• Maintain Sales Database with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and customer packets
• Create and Maintain Social Media platforms.
• Daily and Weekly Reporting.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $31,460.00 - $50,960.00 per year
