Full description of the position

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts.
• Provide quotes, take orders and provide post order service.
• Physically measure specs on a wide variety of parts.
• Meet / exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers by phone and in person.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1+ yr proven customer service, inside sales, mechanical, purchasing experience.
• Industrial distribution or parts counter experience a plus.
• SAP / ERP experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred
• Multi-tasking, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, sense of urgency, sense of humor.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel.
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
