Job Description
The Tri State Auto Family is looking for a Customer Service Representative! This position supports our loyal customer base with their purchase, special orders, and/or Automotive questions. We are located in a strong economic community with a loyal customer base. The auto industry is changing at a fast pace and we are changing with it! No longer are the days of grinding it out on the lot. Tri State is very progressive with today's technology and using multiple tools to capitalize with digital marketing and social media. Many deals today are done almost completely through the internet and social media. We ask that our applicants have experience with social media and/or willing to learn to use the internet to further their own success.
Customer Service Representatives are EXPECTED to:

Experience in Customer Service preferred, but will train the right individual. No previous car experience is required! We are open to looking at people from the Real Estate, Mortgage and Finance Industry that have experience with customer service. Who knows how to run their own business and have a drive to succeed in a career, not a job!
