Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound communications (outbound & inbound calls, email, and chat) to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Managers.
  • Meet or exceed pre-established business development objectives and metrics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with both Sales and Marketing.
  • Manage, track, and report all activities and results using company’s CRM.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and pricing and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Follow up with leads.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

Skills & Experience:
  • Organized self-starter with solid time management skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written, in addition to excellent listening skills and a positive, engaging phone presence.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Experience in roles involving calls, emails, or prospecting targets.
  • Ability to collaborate with different peers across the organization. (team player attitude)
  • Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment in new revenue.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Annually
