Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Sales Manager/General Manager

Type: Non-Exempt

Essential Job Duties:

The essential job duties referenced above are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required. Assist Sales Manager with daily tasks as directed. These tasks can include but are not limited to:

• Maintain the eContracting
• Load deals and submit finance paperwork to bank
• Deliver vehicles
• Complete and maintain reserve statements
• Cancel ancillary products as indicated by bank
• Prepare and review daily reports relating to finance and product penetration
• Submit manufacturer's protection warranty products to manufacturer
• Assist in follow-up with customers relating to finance issues
• Assist in completion of necessary paperwork; such as finance agreements
• Data entry
• Filing
• Making phone calls
• Participate and keep up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Manager as they may arise

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:

· Working with and near moving/running automobiles

· Working with and near chemicals not limited to cleaning solvents

· Noise level in the work environment - moderate

· Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling – extensive
