Territory Sales Manager - Laser Therapy
My client is a global medical device company that manufactures innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target various vertical markets including pain management, wound care, dermatology, veterinary as well as dental. They are seeking to hire a Medical Device Sales Representative responsible for new business development and promoting products / solutions growth within a territory. The Medical Device Sales Rep will manage an entire sales cycle, will close deals and create sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
- Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
- Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
- Keep well-informed of available products / solutions, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
- Attend training on new products/technologies and present product demos
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2-5+ years Medical Sales within Capital Laser Sales experience
- Experience in Medical Device, Surgical, Wound and/or Aesthetics/Lasers sales a plus
- Capital Sales experience within a private medical practice preferred
- Will consider strong B2B Sales Rep (Copier Sales, Ad Sales, Payroll Sales, Rental Car, Wine Sales)
- Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals, President’s Club
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering:
- Base Salary $80,000
- Year [please apply online] $200,000 - $215,000
- Uncapped Commissions
