Our dealership has an immediate, full-time opening for several Internal Sales / BDC Associates.

Qualified applicants must be a dependable team player with a drive for excellence. We are looking for energetic, out-going professionals with a positive “can do” attitude. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must. Although you do not need sales experience to be successful at this position, you must have exceptional customer service skills.

Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone inquiries and internet sales leads in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to our guests their specific vehicle inquiries.
• Create a strong rapport with the guests to build confidence in the dealership and product, which result in sales appointments
• Use CRM software to generate prospect leads in system to facilitate proper follow-up
• Obtain extensive product knowledge by participating and completing provided training courses
• Provide our guests with a world-class experience to distinguish us from our competition
• Must be available to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours
