Baxter Senior Living, Anchorage's premiere assisted living and memory care community, is seeking a full time Marketing Director. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience. Verifiable prior success in the field of senior services, housing, and/or healthcare is preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and team building skills. This is a one of a kind opportunity for career sales and marketing professionals with a large commission potential.

For this position, all applicants must have verifiable prior experience in marketing / sales.

This position is a for a self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

-Pre-leasing rental apartments to seniors

-Providing on-site tours to prospective residents and family members

-Assisting residents and families in the move in processs

-Completing weekly sales reports accurately and routinely

-Performing in-person visits and community outreach to potential clients and professional referral sources

-Active participation in the creation and design of collateral marketing materials

-Managing social media and content posts

-Follow up calls and letters

-Planning and hosting events for potential residents, family members, and business professionals

-Maintaining the prescribed online marketing software database

-Outreach and networking with referral sources

Must be computer literate with specific knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of software.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
