Sales Event Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Event Coordinator with excellent time management skills & computer literacy. This person will be committed and driven to providing quality service for our internal organization, sales team, and key customers. The ideal candidate will be creative and hardworking, who can help various teams achieve their goals and work directly with management for day-to-day needs.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week.
What to expect in this role on a given day:
  • Communicate and report directly to the VP of Sales Operations to assist in day-to-day tasks, urgent requests that come through from the sales team and other departments.
  • Assist with various company meetings, customers events, and tradeshows.
  • Assist with travel bookings for sales team and other internal employees.
  • Assist with general sales administration responsibilities.
  • Become the ‘go-to’ person for all US Sales administration matters.
  • Some travel may be required, less than 20%.

  • Manage workload effectively.
  • Manage conflicting priorities.

  • Knowledge or use of Concur Travel/Expense.
  • Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advance Excel skills.
  • Designs skills, adobe photoshop, Canva.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations preferred
