Sales Engineer - Electrical Vehicle Components

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the electrical vehicle industry.
2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the EV industry by leveraging your technical knowledge and industry expertise.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and purchasing managers at OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators.

5. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
6. Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback, gather market intelligence, and influence product roadmaps.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
8. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team.
9. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential customers, promote our brand, and stay updated on industry advancements.
10. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or business development, preferably within the electrical vehicle industry or automotive sector.
3. Strong technical background and understanding of electronic components, systems, and applications relevant to the EV industry.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, meet or exceed sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Willingness to travel 30%.
