We are seeking an internally motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonds, WA. As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. You'll work with a team of passionate go-getters and use your persuasion and negotiation skills to contribute to our continued success (and be a part of our impressive 70% repeat and referral customer base).
To excel in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a burning desire to exceed goals. You should also be comfortable using technology to manage and track leads, as well as be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
If you've got previous construction, interior design or interior window coverings experience, that's a major plus though our ideal candidate is willing to learn and work hard. If this is you, we want you on our team!
Here are some of the things you'll be doing as our Inside Sales Representative:
- Conducting phone sales and scheduling free in-home estimates
- Generating B2B new leads and following up on existing ones
- Attending to showroom sales and design consultations
- Preparing and presenting detailed project estimates to contractors and homeowners
- Maintaining current contacts and sourcing new opportunities
- Networking with dealers, clients, and contractors
- Scheduling appointments, sales consultations, and installations using CRM database
- Sales performance tracking and reporting
To qualify for this job, you'll need to have:
- Two or more years of sales or customer service experience
- One year of phone sales experience
- One year of scheduling experience
- Experience managing sales flow using a CRM system
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams
- CRM systems and database management
- Effective and efficient time management, with strong organizational skills
- Customer care experience
- Proactive in approach and have good problem-solving skills
- High energy, positive "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic
- Strong desire to work productively and independently in a team environment
- Persuasive, persistent, and have the desire to learn new things
- Passionate about ethical sales and representing only quality products
If you're proficient in QuickBooks and payment processing systems, social media management, or Adobe products, that's a major plus too.
