We are seeking a Marketing and Leasing Manager for our Senior Living Apartment Community. In this role, you will be a member of the senior management team. Job Responsibilities: This role serves as the primary leasing agent and marketing coordinator for our community. Serves as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, conducts tours, completes all rental paperwork, arranges move-ins, and welcomes new Residents. Develops new resident leads through marketing outreach activities, presentations, and follow-up phone calls. Manages and improves all online marketing tools, our website, social media marketing, and advertising campaigns. Has a strong customer service orientation.

This role is paid a base hourly rate + commission.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills,ability to oversee multiple projects at the same time, strong computer skills using CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, capacity for building relationships, self-motivated to get projects completed with minimal oversight

Qualifications: Must have 2-3 years direct sales or equivalent experience, must pass the Oregon Division of Human Services Criminal Background Check and pre-employment drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
