Position Overview

ProForce Law Enforcement is an innovative leader in the sale and distribution of law enforcement equipment and recognized for its excellence in creative marketing, technology, and world-class customer service. ProForce is currently seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our hard-working sales team in Prescott, Arizona!

Our Sales Team Leads are responsible for setting the example for mindset, pace, delivery, and intensity for our sales team. The Sales Team Lead stimulate, encourage, and guide the team to excellence by working individually with each of our Sales Representatives

Sales Team Lead Responsibilities include

• Coaching the sales process to our Inside sales associates in the moment
• One-on-One coaching with the Inside sales team a minimum of 75% of each shift
• Motivating and educating the sales team on an individual basis and in group settings with a positive, action oriented agenda focusing on current promotions, successes, and strategies
• Report to Sales Management on the results and performance of the team
• Manage customer escalation calls
• Review sales orders for accuracy and coach to improve
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
• Supervise day to day operations

The ideal Sales Team Lead candidate would possess

• The ability to work in an independent manner with little need for direct supervision
• A focused and driven attitude
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Power Point and Outlook
• Experience in data analysis
• A proven record of successes in sales roles
• 3+ years of sales and sales supervisor experience is preferred
• A demonstrated ability for planning and organization
• A customer obsessed drive for success
• Flexibility and creativity along with conceptual and strategic thinking
• The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with internal and external contacts at all levels
• Excellent supervising and people management skills
