Our company is a new local company in the greater Sylvania,OH area and we have 30-40 openings in our Setup Display, Marketing and Customer Service departments. Start at $700.00 per week per company agreement.

We are currently building our operations for Sylvania and looking for quality representatives who are ready to build a career. As our company's Representative, you will be the person that works with warm prospective customers and existing customers. Representatives in our company play an important role in the growth of our division and build a strong career path. We are looking for associates who display great communications skills and have a positive, goal-oriented attitude to join our team.

Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding what they are looking for and determining which product best suits their needs
• Handle Order transactions
• Attend and engage in team meetings
• Promote & Demonstrate our products to potential customers
• Explain detail of product & create an interest
• write an order

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and promote products/services

Associate Requirements

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• 18 yrs of age or older
• drivers license & vehicle

Experience level:

• No experience needed

- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport

• Company orientation is unpaid & voluntary to those who are selected for the position

This is a full time position only no part time available. Must have reliable transportation to our office in Sylvania. Company transportation is provided to our customers locations for you & your team members. Position requires traveling to our customers locations that are scheduled on a daily basis. Must be able to start as soon as possible.
