Your Opportunity:

This is a commission based position.

This is the first hire of a new Sales team and is ideal of an experienced Agent who is simply looking to close more deals.

As the Broker, I will invest heavily into high intent Zillow leads and a structured nurture/follow up system to help expedite the growth of this new team. As such, I'm looking to bring in an experience Agent capable of closing these leads and helping me build out a productive team.

Assuming this initial hire goes well, we will look to hire an additional 2-3 Agents early next year.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct open houses
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Participate in planning/review calls with Broker
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Close deals :-)

Skills You Have:

• Experience closing 4 or more transactions per year
• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
• GO-GETTER

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
