Full description of the position

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant to provide support to our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including tracking job leads & sales, analyzing sales & lead data, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies, and scheduling & leading sales meetings. You will also keep our promotional materials up to date, ensuring our social media is current and the information on our social media platforms is accurate. Coordinate with the management to develop efficient sales & marketing systems and execute with the highest customer satisfaction.

MARKETING & SALES Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES

• Access CRM and perform weekly/monthly review and update of leads received against new jobs sold. Provide monthly report to management.
• Promote GRRI by establishing and maintaining a fresh presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social networking sites. Monitor Social Media sites for prompt responses to postings.
• Maintain existing website (WordPress). Work with SEO management App xagio to continue fine tuning SEO effort,
• Monitor and optimize SEM efforts (Google Ads,
• Analyze current marketing and sales strategies and make recommendations to increase ROI. Analyzing ROI for marketing and lead generation efforts. Analyze monthly and year end data to measure trending.
• Assist in all phases of GRRI sales effort such as budgeting, reporting, sales communication, and CRM.
• Provide data analysis in support of Sales & Marketing efforts from CRM.
• Support development collateral sales materials including brochures, technical sheets, PowerPoint templates and customer presentation materials.
• Research and target new business by using Website, Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Etc.
• Produce videos and take pictures of jobs for marketing and training purposes.

Flexable 40 Hr. Work Week In Office and Remote.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
