Krumm Exteriors, LLC Seeks Results-driven Residential Exterior Consultant for Western WI and the Eastern Twin Cities/Metro.

Right now, our growing company needs a Residential Exterior superstar to charm customers and turn leads into sales throughout western Wisconsin and the Eastern Twin Cities Metro area.

What you’ll do:

Job duties to include but not limited to:

• Attending scheduled residential appointments, capturing both pictures & measurements
• Conduct consultative sales presentations to promote and sell products/services to both existing and new customers
• Prepare estimates/sales agreements, draft material orders and complete production packets
• Prior to jobs, meet with Production Manager/Field Supervisor to review job packet
• Establish, Develop and Maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Maintain a professional appearance of yourself and company vehicle
• Supply management with reports and meet weekly to discuss pipeline, customer needs/issues, and competitive activity
• Generate new leads, referrals and positive reviews
• Attends and participates in trade shows and other marketing events.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Qualifications you bring:

• 3+ years sales experience in construction industry preferred.
• Required to have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Required to have High School Diploma or GED
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Specifically Word & Excel)
• Job may require some weekends or evening work.
• May require some travel for training and seminars.
• Previous experience estimating Windows and Siding preferred.
