Alcott HR is looking for an experienced B2B Outside Sales professional to join our team as a Business Consultant. As part of the Cameron Group of Companies, Alcott HR has local partnerships in the Oklahoma City market and is poised for continued growth in this region. Alcott HR is a Professional Employer Organization and we support our clients in a broad scope of Human Resources disciplines. In this role you'll identify opportunities to consult with business owners, and sell value-added solutions for their complex needs.

Here's what you'll do:

• Prospect and network for business owners and key decision makers to explain how Alcott HR can help their company to grow.
• Prospect and network for business advisors to educate them on how Alcott HR can benefit their clients.
• Earn referral business.
• Complete required sales process, paperwork and finalize new client contracts
• Travel throughout our open territory. No set territories with Alcott HR!
• Exceed sales goals determined by management, and reach your maximum earning potential

You are someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years' business-to-business sales experience
• Has a successful and stable track record of excellence
• Has the ability to aggressively prospect for new business
• Has a positive and consultative approach
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with C-level executives
• Is a motivated, self-starter with effective time management skills
• Has the ability to work independently, as well as being a collaborative team member
• Has experience with business-to-business sales, particularly at the executive level
• Has consultative/Solution based selling skills

• Proven ability to be a "hunter gatherer" within the C-level market
