This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn the trade of property management! Full time position now available, 40 hours a week. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities will include:- Tour apartment homes with new prospects- Process new resident applications- Lease signings- Handling resident requests and submitting maintenance requests- Assist in administrative duties- Set leasing appointments through lead phone calls and internet leads- Stage apartments daily for tours- Maintaining resident files- Assist in resolving customer concerns

Must be detail oriented- Must be friendly and easily connect with prospects.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
