Our Sales Support Specialist will provide support to the Network sales team to increase the company’s reputation for reliability and responsive service. This position requires a technically savvy individual who is extremely organized and personable and adept at communicating both verbally and in writing with clients and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team by tracking ongoing client jobs and relationships.
- Communicate client requests as appropriate with the team.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements by interacting with clients to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Familiarize and assist end-users on basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operation and use and work with internal support to resolve larger needs.
- Communicates sales or service opportunities and customer concerns and/or suggestions.
- Maintains records of customer communications and contact information as required within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associate’s degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or similar qualification required.
- Familiarity with IT terms and specifications and can explain somewhat complex items to clients.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor under stress and operate within customer support standard and operating procedures.
- Ability to work both with a team and independently with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Great attention to detail in projects big and small
- Adept in developing and maintaining strong relationships with management, staff, vendors and customers.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
