We are looking for a motivated and talented Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent to join our team! Job Description:

This is an in-office, full-time position, where you can enjoy working in a positive and upbeat team atmosphere.

The primary goal of this position is to work with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer them the best coverage solutions.

You will receive thorough on-the-job training to ensure that you are equipped with the skills necessary for success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Offer expert insurance advice to clients to ensure they have the coverage they need.

• Meet with potential clients to review their current coverage, identify their needs, and offer solutions.

• Generate sales leads and follow up promptly.

• Encourage clients to add additional products to their existing coverage.

• Attend company meetings and participate in team activities.

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty insurance license is required.

• Sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
