In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers through phone and email communication. You will be working closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while providing excellent customer service to existing clients. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and closing sales
